XX2i orders have a 365 day return policy! If you are not happy for any reason, simply send your order back with a copy of the invoice and we'll credit you in full. (less any shipping and handling fees, please note you would like full credit on your invoice)

For security reasons, your credit card number is NOT stored in our system. If your order was placed outside of 45 days from your return date, we'll need to get your credit card number again so we can process your credit. Please include your credit card number, expiration date and security code along with the copy of your original invoice or your credit will be delayed until we obtain this information from you. (a day time phone number is also helpful)

**NOTE - If your return is lost in transit and you DO NOT have a tracking number, we are not responsible and can not give you credit. We will however service returns that are lost in transit if you can provide a tracking number.
