XX2i Optics Product Warranty
XX2i Optics is committed to providing a quality product that performs at the highest level. All XX2i Optics sunglasses are covered for two (2) years to be free from manufacturer's defects, and we will replace defective product at no charge (taxes and shipping not included). Discontinued products will be replaced by a current, similar XX2i Optics model.
XX2i Optics has the sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer's defect, and only products purchased from XX2i Optics directly or an authorized XX2i Optics retailer are covered by our two (2) year warranty. If your warranty claim is approved, you will be charged $19.95 per sunglass for shipping and handling to get your free replacement product sent back to you.
NON-DEFECTIVE REPLACEMENT POLICY
If your product is determined to not be covered under this warranty policy, XX2i Optics may (at our discretion) be able to replace sunglass frames, lenses, and other parts for interchangeable models for a fee at our discretion. Scratched or otherwise abused lenses are not eligible for free replacement and you will be presented any options we have to replace them at the time of inspection. All fees for replacement depend on the model and parts required.
HOW TO PROCESS A WARRANTY CLAIM
Securely package and send your damaged sunglasses or lenses along with a check for $19.95 made out to Running and Cycling Enterprises (or credit card info) in a traceable manner to:

*NOTE - If your warranty return is lost in transit and you DO NOT have a tracking number, we are not responsible and will not replace your product. We will however, replace any warranty return that is lost in transit if you provide a valid tracking number.
